Please Read Before Purchasing Insurance Product

If purchasing additional facility insurance, the Certificate of Insurance will be emailed to you once received from the insurance company. During the dues renewal period (November through February), allow up to 2 weeks for your request to be processed, so please plan accordingly. All other times of the year, additional insurance products have a turn-around time of about 2-3 business days.
Please include the name of the facility that you will be insuring, along with the mailing address.
This coverage does not cover personal LLCs or businesses.
