Description
Practical and Inspiring interactive on-court adaptive coaching session The afternoon will focus on tennis, networking, and learning together. Participants will join myself and a few of my Serving Advantage coaches for an interactive on-court adaptive coaching session designed to be both practical and inspiring. Everyone will leave with new drills, coaching strategies, and a firsthand look at how they can develop young competitive tennis players into confident, skilled coaches and leaders in the sport. Even for those who do not currently run adaptive programs, this session offers valuable tools and perspectives that I believe will enhance any coaching style. Overall, this event will be a great blend of engaging conversation, hands-on instruction, and community building to strengthen our RSPA SoCal coaching network. EVENT GOALS: Offer hands-on, court-based learning through adaptive progressions and live tennis play. Highlight adaptive tennis for individuals with intellectual and/or developmental disabilities (IDD), showing how inclusive coaching enhances every program.
